Yes, we ship to most countries. reach us on luxcrime@gmail.com (we unable to accept orders and shipment to other countries by website)


HOW MUCH IS IT GONNA COST FOR SHIPPING?

DOMESTIC RATES: We charge JNE rate fee for all Shipments in the Indonesia. the rate will appear on checkout after you fill the address and city.

INTERNATIONAL RATES: All international shipping rates will be calculated with EMS or DHL rate.

PLEASE NOTE: International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Also, we are not responsible for paying for that.

Once your order is processed, we’ll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number.

RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide us with your no.order # so we can find you quicker!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
